I resisted the urge to start “another” Jimmy D Brown “course” for a very long time.
I’ve graduated from Membernaire and Outsourcing Weekly and have yet to really “use” the information to it’s full potential.
After listening to the first Mom Mastermind AA (Affiliatenaire Accountability) Group “call” last night – I know I’m not alone in the procrastination phase and felt comfortable signing up for the Affiliatenaire course. I know that having an AA meeting once a week will help with the buttkickin’ I need.
Of course – I felt the same way as some of the other group members after the first lesson in Affiliatenaire … I already have blogs and lists – Yadda Yadda Yadda… get on with it!
Jimmy D. Brown really does start with the basics in the first few lessons of Affiliatenaire… so if you already have experience finding a niche, setting up a blog and creating a list – then you will be able to skip over these first few lessons.
But I did a bit of thinking – I don’t want to start yet another blog. (I’ve closed down many blogs this year and have others up for sale). I wanted to figure out which of my blogs would be a good place to start using the information I would be learning from the course.
The blog you are reading now was originally set up to be a portal site. A site that combines all my “stuff” into one big blog. Through this portal I can send readers to the information they really want.
But I’m going to change the focus of this blog. The new focus is to “Help You Develop Efficient Work At Home Habits“.
One recurring problem that Work At Home Baby Boomers have is putting off projects. We like to take of the easy things first… like answering email and chatting on Twitter. But how much of our day is used inefficiently? How many almost finished projects to we have on our to-do lists?
Who holds us accountable? How can we learn to FOCUS? Debra can help you turn wasted hours into productive hours. Learn to develop efficient work at home habits with just a tiny bit of butt-kicking.
Of course – I can see that this blog needs a bit of a revamp – New Theme, New Tag Line, New Graphics etc.
This is what the blog looked like this morning:

Hi Debra – I’m liking the re-vamped site – looks good ๐ I signed up for your newsletter – looking forward to reading more from you – and learning more too!
