You can always ask me for help. I'm here to help anyone along their journey.

Just to be honest - I chickened out on completely dropping the newsletter to my big list. I've revamped the entire
process and the readers can tell that big changes have been made. They are NOT expecting as much from me from now on.

I did focus some effort in a few areas to increase the list "sign-ups" and it worked. The list seems to be growing again.

I'm now making more of an effort to put "stuff to buy" right in front of their faces. That seems to be working as well.
I was really working the "soft sell and no - sell" angle with this list... No more. They get good stuff - but they also get a bit
of selling pitches thrown in.

My "Calls To Action" are getting better!

Hi Debra.

I love your insights and enthusiasm even about making a tough decision. I'm about to do something I've been thinking of doing for months. That something is contacting you for help. I'm feeling desperate today and reading this post just pushed me into it :-) Thanks

Christine

Hi Debra,
Thank you for your post, very useful information. I am a fairly new online marketer, I have been working hard at building my business for the past year or so, and I have finally started to see true potential in the niche that I have gone with first.
There are other niches that I am very passionate about and would love to work on in my spare time, but as you have stated, go with the niche that will help you reach your goals first, and that other niche won't do that.
after I reach my initial goals, I may decide that I can spend some time developing my other niche, but it would have to be as a hobby on a monthly basis. I think that you have given good insight into how to prioritize your business goals and focus on them.
I will keep this info in mind as I work toward my goals, Thank you again for the insight.
