Do you just learn techniques from your Internet Marketing Product purchases?
Or… do you use this new knowledge? I mean – do you implement?
Tiffany Dow made a few suggestions in her new PLR ATM product that are sound advice.
Probably because she is an experienced marketer and one smart cookie.
The two suggestions I have learned and implemented today (or going to implement soon) are:
- Use the Warrior Forum
- Offer a bonus for products you recommend.
Why You Should Participate In The Warrior Forum
I’ve posted in the Warrior Forum in the past… but recently I’ve been just a “lurker”. I do read and learn from other marketers on the Warrior Forum and I also take advantage of WSP (Warrior Special Offers).
Tiff suggests we use the Warrior Forum in several different ways:
- Learn: Lot’s of very smart internet marketers have been hanging out on the Warrior Forum for years. The tips you pick up from the discussions can be invaluable.
- Get Help: Have you ever been stuck with a problem and you can’t find the solution. Try asking for help on the Warrior Forum… you will be amazed at the helpful responses.
- Get Noticed: If you are an internet marketer (no mater how new or seasoned) other marketers should know who you are. The Warrior Forum is the best way to get started.
- Market Your Wares: If you sell anything Internet Marketing related – at all – you should try out selling your product as a WSO. (You must be a “paid” member to offer WSO”s now… but it’s not expensive and it’s a one time charge)
Why have I been avoiding the Warrior Forum? I have been trying stay focused and the forum is a time sucking distraction. This has probably been a mistake on my part.
Plus - if you want to offer a WSO you must be an active participating member of the forum. So today I got back in and started poking around and posting.
What Type Of Bonus Should You Offer When Recommending Products?
In fact today I posted a response to one of Tiffany Dow’s threads “Here’s What Makes a Super Affiliate Super“:
Hey Tiff…
When you launched PLR ATM – one of your suggestions was to give a bonus.
I’ve never offered a bonus with my product recommendations and am not sure how to go about it. So… instead of figuring it out – I opted to go with no bonus.
Watching Nicole Dean and her great bonus – I thought “what a great idea”! But – still – I didn’t offer my own bonus.
Last week I got several emails suggesting that I offer one of my products as a bonus… the product is one of my main income generators. I don’t feel that is an option… and my business partner didn’t either.
My “gut” signals are now telling me I really should be offering a bonus. Not wanting to offer garbage is a key point that I’m taking to heart.
A bonus should be related to the product… start a plr business. It’s a business model not just another micro-niche site. Totally different IMHO.
On my blog I’ve been showing how I’ve been going through your course and setting up my own plr business. I can say from experience, while just setting up the websites, the thought process must be different than affiliate marketing websites.
While working through this and making changes as I go… I thought “I’ll bet this would be good for others to know”. Duh… wouldn’t that be a great bonus?
Of course – it adds one more thing to my plate of “to much to do”, but it’s important to me that I share where I can.
Now I’ll get going on that new bonus. I must learn to follow good advice and stop knocking what works.
I’m also going to get into clickbank and email past purchasers to make sure they get the bonus as well. No one should be left out because I’m to silly to admit my mistakes and make it right.
Thank you for you constant (but gentle) head slaps. I get it!
Do you learn and yet don’t implement? Tell me your story… so we can commiserate with each other.

p.s. Let me just say… it really does take an entirely new thought process to set up plr business websites. I’m the Queen of “Blog in a Day” … but this is different.
I’ve moved and switched things up trying to get things in place the correct way – the first time. I know I should be getting it set up and then fix along the way… but I’m trying to think things through to the end and start out with the best solutions. These are things I’m not sharing in my PLR ATM Review.

Hi Debra!
I, too, have recently started frequenting the Warrior Forum at Tiffany’s suggestion. Hope to see ya there!
And, like you, I’m in the process of setting up my PLR site. It’s been a slow process, but I feel like I’m taking the time to set it up correctly from the start. I’m excited about the potential of this business! As a writer, this is an opportunity for me to do what I love and create a substantial residual income.
As for your bonus ideas, I think a report about using Public Domain content to help you research and write PLR content would be a fantastic idea. You mentioned this in a recent post and it was very intriguing to me. Have you researched your idea any further?
Hi Wendy… I see you are in the Warrior Forum. LOL, what a time you have had. I hope you learn the “secret handshake” soon.
I cracked up when Tiff said in her video something like “isn’t it amazing that all you need is this wordpress blog to get your PLR business going”.
I’m busy getting everything set up correctly (as much as possible) right from the get-go. It takes a bit of “mind mapping” in my opinion.
This is why I thought I’d create a bonus showing what I did that works.
I am still working on the Public Domain content report for research and writing PLR articles. I’ve got to get a few more article packs under my belt to make sure
that I feel comfortable explaining how, why and what I am doing. And what I’m avoiding.
I promise – it’s in the works.
Thanks for checking in Wendy… keep me updated on your progress. And make sure you read the new article about setting up a PLR business website – the p.s. is especially important.
LOL “secret handshake”
Is that what I’m missing? Maybe you could teach it to me. =)
It was funny reading the thread over on the Warrior Forum where you were so frustrated. I’m sure it wasn’t fun for you… but I got a giggle because I could see you pulling your hair out.
The “secret handshake” is patience. Just keep posting comments on threads and you will get to the 30 mark.
It was nice to see that most of those sending comments to you were trying to be helpful. I say most… because some just don’t have the patience and shouldn’t have made comments if they weren’t going
to be helpful. The Warrior Forum is it’s own beast… take the good and use it… take the bad and flush it.
I’m very happy you posted on WF today…because it led me to your Public Domain Treasure Hunter site!
Hey Lynn… funny how one thing leads to another. I’m really having a great time in the Warrior Forum over the last few days.
